"William E. Steiner, " (Bill) " There isnt too many people I look up to and admire but this man is the modern day Robin Hood of the philatelic world. Bill and his team have designed and placed on the web free stamp albums (shareware style) all he asks is $20 bucks US a year and you can have all the albums you need. I use Bill's pages to mount my world collection and have used some as a example of his work in the "My Albums" section of this web page.
