MAY GIBBS DISPLAY
A selection of post cards from the 'City of South Perth May and Herbert
Gibbs Collection' will be on display at the Show.
May showed early talent as an artist and was encouraged by her parents. She
went on to become famous for her illustrated books for children, notably
Snugglepot and Cuddlepie and the Gumnut Babies.
The Swan River Stamp Show
is pleased to show some of her other work.
