| Lots will be sold to the highest bidder |
| In the case of a dispute the lot will be re-offered. |
| Lots are to be collected and paid for at the end of the sale. Prior payment and collection will be catered for in the adjoining room. Cash is preferred, but cheques will be accepted from persons known to or vouched for by a member. If a cheque is offered by a stranger the Society will retain the stamps until the cheque is cleared. BANKCARD, VISA AND MASTERCARD ACCEPTED. |
