All lots are offered as described by the vendor.

Lots will be on view from 11am - 1.30pm prior to the beginning of the sale.

Lots will be sold to the highest bidder

In the case of a dispute the lot will be re-offered.

Lots are to be collected and paid for at the end of the sale. Prior payment and collection will be catered for in the adjoining room. Cash is preferred, but cheques will be accepted from persons known to or vouched for by a member. If a cheque is offered by a stranger the Society will retain the stamps until the cheque is cleared. VISA AND MASTERCARD ACCEPTED.

NOTE: There is a charge of 5% on the total of the account if a credit card is used for payment

Unsold lots will be available for sale at the reserve price until 4pm on the day of the sale unless withdrawn by the vendor.

Postal bids must be received prior to the day of the sale, Sale by Auction PO Box 886 SUBIACO WA 6904, OR HANDED IN BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE SALE to the auction co-ordinator. Bids must be in sealed envelopes and no “open” bids will be accepted.

Bidding in the sale room will be by number only. Bidding Cards will be available in the sale room.
